The Kitchen Restaurant are looking for a sous chef . We already have a very strong and enthusiastic team and are looking to a recruit chefs with fantastic attitude who is willing to learn and help lead a team. We are very passionate in delivering high quality Scottish produce to locals and visitors.
Duties include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting our talented head chef creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Lead the kitchen when head chef is absent
