Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a positive first impression and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
You will manage appointment bookings, coordinate the daily schedule, and support therapists by ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
Working Hours (Essential Availability):
We are specifically looking for someone available to work the following shifts:
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to enquiries
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable
- Support the team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (beauty/health industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (booking systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
