SAV UK Ltd, a leading provider of low carbon and energy-efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions since 1988, is looking for a motivated Account Support Manager to join our team. You'll provide efficient and accurate technical administrative support to our Account Managers, prepare quotations, respond to client queries, and liaise with our Applications Engineers and Project Delivery team to ensure a seamless handover process. Main Purpose of the Job
To provide efficient and effective technical administrative support to our team of Account Managers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of quotations and copy quotations. The role also interfaces with our Project Delivery team and plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service through the delivery of high quality project handover documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Ensuring that all technical administrative tasks are processed efficiently and accurately.
· Preparing quotations based on customer requirements and specifications / technical information provided by our Account Managers.
· Following up on quotations and responding to client queries promptly and professionally, both over the phone and via e-mail.
· Ensuring quotations and other associated documentation is correctly saved and uploaded to SharePoint.
· Liaising with our Applications Engineers to obtain status updates for projects.
· Ensuring a smooth handover of information internally to the Project Delivery team via internal software CTR, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and included.
· Building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers through professional and responsive communication.
· Supporting with any other relevant technical administrative tasks, as they arise.

Skills and Experience
· Previous experience of working in a sales support or technical administrator (or similar) role, ideally within an engineering / manufacturing company.
· A practical / technical aptitude, with an interest in learning about low carbon technologies.
· Strong administrative abilities, with outstanding attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
· Customer focussed, with a proactive approach and the ability to use initiative.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems.
Education and Qualifications
5 GCSEs grades A-C (7-4 numerical equivalent), including Maths and English
