Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This pivotal role contributes to our mission of providing high-quality products and services within the water utilities sector and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Team leadership. manage, mentor, and motivate workshop staff.
- Coordinate daily workloads with group manager.
- Assign tasks based on skill levels to the team.
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
- Conduct routine inspections, provide technical guidance to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of workshop tools, machinery, and equipment, to minimise risk of downtime.
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
