Watts Roofing Supplies is looking for an Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our growing Industrial Roofing Sales Team.
Working alongside our established sales team, you’ll help manage customer orders, supplier communications, deliveries, stock administration and reporting—ensuring our customers receive the high level of service they expect while freeing our sales team to focus on developing new business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Monitoring customer orders and delivery dates.
· Liaising with suppliers and customers.
· Managing purchase and sales order administration.
· Maintaining stock information and warehouse transfers.
· Processing dispatches, GRNs and warranty applications.
· Producing reports and supporting general administration.
· Assisting with marketing communications and social media.
We’re looking for someone who:
· Is organised, reliable and proactive.
· Has excellent communication skills.
. Fluent in both verbal and written English
· Enjoys working as part of a team.
· Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
· Has previous administration, customer service or purchasing experience.
· Experience within the construction or merchanting industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay £16,000 to £18,000 depending on experience
