Maintenance Electrician (Mobile)
£44,000 + Company Van + Call Out | North & Central London
We're recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a busy, high-performing FM contract covering commercial and public sector sites across North and Central London.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £44,000 basic salary
- Company van
- Monday to Friday
- 1 in 4 call-out rota
- £100 standby payment
The Role
You'll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio including commercial offices, healthcare facilities, public buildings, car parks and other high-profile sites. This is a mobile role covering areas from Slough across to Essex, predominantly North of the River.
What We're Looking For
- Electrical bias with multiskilled maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance skills
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
