One Smile Dental is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Orthodontic Therapists to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art orthodontic practice in Alum Rock Birmingham, due to open approximately November 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, fully digital NHS and private orthodontic service from the outset, working alongside Specialist/Consultant Orthodontists, qualified dental nurses and an experienced management team.

About the role
As an Orthodontic Therapist, you will work closely with our Specialist/Consultant Orthodontists to provide high-quality NHS and private orthodontic care within your full scope of practice and under an appropriate prescription.
You will become an important part of the patient journey, helping us deliver an efficient, welcoming and clinically excellent orthodontic service.
As this is a brand new practice, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of clinical systems, patient pathways and the culture of the new team from the outset.
Essential requirements
- Full registration with the General Dental Council as an Orthodontic Therapist
- Recognised Orthodontic Therapy qualification
- Minimum one year's experience working as an Orthodontic Therapist
- Appropriate professional indemnity
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary orthodontic team
- Commitment to high clinical standards, professional development and excellent patient care
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: £26,708.00-£60,760.00 per year
