Role Overview
This role is an important part of our day-to-day business operations and will involve supporting a wide range of HR and administrative processes, including employee records, reviews, recruitment, rotas, payroll reporting and general business administration.
Working alongside the HR/Admin Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that important processes are completed accurately, on time and in line with company procedures. Attention to detail and organisation are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation and keeping track of recurring deadlines and outstanding actions.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers and confidential documentation, ensuring information is kept organised and up to date.
- Employee Reviews: Track probation, monthly, annual, performance and disciplinary review dates, preparing the relevant documentation for management approval.
- Attendance Monitoring: Monitor sickness, lateness, absence and other HR-related triggers, ensuring any required actions or reviews are highlighted to management.
- Recruitment Support: Create and publish job adverts, review applications, shortlist suitable candidates and arrange interviews for management approval.
- Onboarding & Leavers: Support new starter onboarding, inductions, training records and leaver administration, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- HR Documentation: Prepare HR letters, meeting invitations, notices and supporting documentation ready for management approval.
- Rota Management: Generate staff rotas, taking into account contracted hours, holidays, availability and agreed staffing requirements.
- Payroll Reporting: Prepare payroll reports by collating working hours, overtime, holidays, sickness and other relevant information ready for approval and submission.
- Business Reporting: Complete data entry and maintain accurate information required for regular business and management reporting.
- Filing & Records: Maintain organised filing systems, including tracking, collecting and filing purchase receipts and other business documentation.
- Building & Maintenance: Report building and maintenance issues, contact approved service providers and arrange repairs or servicing where required.
- Task & Deadline Tracking: Monitor outstanding HR, administrative and maintenance actions, ensuring recurring tasks and deadlines are followed through.
- General Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business and assist managers with additional administrative requirements where needed.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive and confident in taking ownership of recurring tasks.
- Confident handling confidential employee information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents and business systems.
- Previous HR or administrative experience would be beneficial.

Pay: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
