Duties
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on various beauty treatments, techniques, and industry standards
- Assess learners’ practical skills and theoretical knowledge against established criteria
- Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and confidence building
- Develop tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs and learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes
- Support learners in preparing for industry certifications and employment opportunities
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively convey complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Strong teaching abilities with experience in delivering training or educational programs in beauty or related fields
- Knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, makeup application, and industry best practices
- IT proficiency for managing digital learning resources, assessments, and record-keeping
- Organizational skills to plan lessons, track learner progress, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Basic understanding of plumbing is a nice-to-have skill for certain treatments involving water systems or equipment maintenance
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs and maintain a motivating classroom atmosphere
