Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Verify guest identification to adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus.
- Strong serving skills combined with basic math abilities for handling payments and tips confidently.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders during busy hours.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members to create a positive dining experience.
