Eco Happy Limited is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and sales support. You’ll help coordinate boiler and solar installations, servicing, and repairs, while supporting customers throughout their journey and identifying opportunities to promote our service and cover plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Confirming installation, service, and repair appointments
- Monitoring jobs and ensuring works are completed successfully
- Collecting customer payments and maintaining accurate records
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Following up with customers after installations and repairs
- Promoting service plans, maintenance packages, and additional services where appropriate
- Supporting the wider team with general administration tasks
- Delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of customer issues
- Confidence discussing products and services and identifying sales opportunities
What We Offer
- £28,000–£32,000 salary depending on experience
- Up to £5,000 additional commission per year
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Overtime available for occasional Saturdays when required
- Full training and ongoing support
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
