The Role
We are looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team. You will be working with mild steel, carrying out fabrication and welding tasks to engineering drawings and company standards, ensuring high-quality output at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld mild steel in line with drawings and specifications
- Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely
- Inspect your own work to maintain quality standards
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
- Report any equipment faults or defects
- Complete job records and maintain traceability
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fabrication and welding
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of weld procedures and workshop machinery
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
