BP CONSULTING GROUP LIMITED is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead and strengthen its human resources function in the United Kingdom. This position requires a dynamic HR leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution while ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations and modern HR practices.
Position Overview
The HR Head will oversee the complete human resources operations of the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, compensation planning, workforce engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while driving HR initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational growth
- Lead HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Build and maintain a strong organizational culture focused on performance and employee engagement
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple business functions
- Develop employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Improve hiring processes, onboarding frameworks, and retention strategies
- Manage succession planning and leadership pipeline development
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle complex employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Implement employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms
- Provide guidance to managers on performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, HR regulations, and workplace policies
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HR administration processes
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports
Performance & Learning Development
- Lead performance management systems and annual review processes
- Identify training and development needs across departments
- Support leadership coaching and employee career development initiatives
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth programs
Compensation & Benefits

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Master’s degree or MBA in HR is an advantage
Required Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experience managing HR operations within consulting, corporate, or professional services environments preferred
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR compliance frameworks
