Hours: Full-time
Shift: 6am - 2pm
Salary: from £26,500
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and efficiency? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to help drive our production line and keep our operations running smoothly.
Daily Duties:
- Operate manual and CNC based machinery for metal processing
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Processing steel to customer requirements and tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Collating orders, palletising, bagging and preparing them for loading
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical/CNC knowledge
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
