Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our New team at Tates in Southwick. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. As a key member of our team, you will help customers find the perfect service solution & stay updated while embodying our company's values of honesty and customer care.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and following up on inquiries.
- Support sales efforts through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills.
- Communicate clearly with customers as needed.
- Ensure phone etiquette standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good analysis skills.
- Experience in upselling or sales support is desirable.
- Familiarity with data entry processes.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
