We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our Kitchen Team and continue the growth of our exciting Restaurant Ten Tables which was awarded 1 Rosette for the third year with aspirations for 2 on our next inspection which is due.
The Restaurant is an intimate venue with just Ten Tables catering for both Hotel Residents and external Diners, the Restaurant is now a firm favourite with the locals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef to build on their Skills and assist in the running of the Kitchen, gaining huge exposure to running a professional Kitchen.
This is a 2 Chef Kitchen and we are seeking a Chef with extensive experience at Rosette/Michelin standards who is comfortable working across all areas of the Kitchen and alone.
The menu is created using only fresh seasonal produce and is cooked to 2 Rosette standards.
The Restaurant open for Dinner service only & Sunday Lunch (No Dinner Service Sunday).
Salary up to 35,000 per annum plus tips of circa £500 per month.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce high quality meals using fresh seasonal produce for the Hotels Restaurant, Weddings & Functions.
Work with the Head Chef on Menu creation for the Restaurant & Banqueting
Ordering/Stock control
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience at Sous Chef level
Cooking to Michelin/ Rosette Standard
Creative flair with a passion for food
Due to location you must drive with access to your own vehicle
