- Seaglaze Marine Windows — designing and manufacturing bespoke marine windows, doors, and hatches for commercial, leisure, and specialist vessels.
- Specialist Toughened Glass — producing high-performance toughened glass solutions for marine, architectural, and specialist industrial applications.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a sales-focused Customer Supervisor to lead our Specialist Toughened Glass office team. This is a commercially driven role - not just customer service. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, converting enquiries into orders, and developing long-term customer relationships. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring the team operates in a proactive, results-focused way.
This is a full-time position. Hours will be agreed with the successful candidate, with a minimum of 40 hours per week required.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support a team of 2 office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and strong sales performance
· Take ownership of the sales function and customer journey from enquiry through to order
· Take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring they are converted into orders
· Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and improve margins
· Build and grow long-term customer relationships
· Allocate workload effectively across the team
· Oversee pre-production administration to ensure smooth order flow
· Run weekly team meetings focused on sales pipeline and workload
· Develop the team’s commercial awareness and sales capability
· Liaise with production to align demand with capacity
· Improve processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates
· Take ownership of team performance, pipeline visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
· Strong, proven track record in B2B sales (essential), including hitting targets
· Experience leading or supervising a sales team, with evidence of improving performance
· Confident in converting enquiries into orders, handling objections, and protecting margins
· Commercially focused, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive revenue growth
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Proficient in IT, able to quickly learn bespoke systems
· Comfortable working with technical products, measurements, and 2D drawings
· Able to analyse sales performance and pipeline, and take action to improve results

Pay: £35,500.00-£39,800.00 per year
