Job Summary
Due to continued growth and securing of future pipeline projects, End Systems are recruiting a Water Treatment & Pre-Commissioning Manager who will lead and develop our water treatment and pre-commissioning function, managing sub-contractors to deliver high-quality services across multiple projects and sectors.
The role will be responsible for all aspects of system flushing, chemical cleaning, chlorination/sterilisation, and water quality assurance, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and industry guidance. Management experience is not essential, individuals with extensive Water Treatment experience who are looking to step in a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership, operational control, and commercial support for all water treatment and pre-commissioning activities across the business.
Lead and manage all pre-commissioning and water treatment activities across live and future projects
Manage labour, plant, equipment, chemicals, and specialist sub-contractors
Ensure full compliance with BSRIA guidance, HTM 04-01, ACOP L8, and all relevant legislation and standards.
Develop and implement water treatment procedures, methodologies, and best practice standards
Act as the internal technical authority for water treatment and pre-commissioning matters
Provide expert technical support to project teams during design, installation, and commissioning phases
Support estimating and commercial teams with tenders, pricing, methodologies, and programme planning
Review and approve sub-contractor documentation, RAMS, and compliance submissions
