Electrical Site Manager
Location: Based in Scarborough & Redditch UK Wide projects - NATIONWIDE STAYING AWAY REQUIRED
Salary: £23.50–£25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half (anything over 42.5 hours)
Travel Time: Paid at Single Time

The Role
Due to continued growth, Integra is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electrical building services projects.
You will be responsible for managing all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, subcontractors and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently from installation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of electrical works on site.
- Supervise direct labour, subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with company Health & Safety procedures.
- Coordinate site activities to meet programme deadlines.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
- Monitor quality and ensure installations comply with current regulations and project specifications.
- Carry out site inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate labour, materials and plant requirements.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Support Project Managers with progress reporting and programme updates.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with commissioning, snagging and project handovers where required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Project Engineer within the Building Services sector.
- Strong background delivering commercial electrical installation projects.
- Experience managing electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- ECS Gold Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ideally 2391
