We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join our existing team in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our residential home. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.
Duties to include:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Change bed linens and ensure bedrooms are tidy
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and ironing
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is desirable
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
