You will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily routines, wellbeing, and independence, helping them feel safe, valued, and included throughout the day.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
- Support residents with personal care, always protecting dignity, choice, and independence
- Assist with daily routines, including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Encourage engagement in activities, conversation, and social interaction
- Follow individualised care plans, delivering person‑centred support tailored to each resident
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing, mood, and comfort throughout the day
- Support safe mobility, including assisting with transfers or repositioning when required
- Help with mealtimes, offering support, encouragement, and a positive dining experience
- Maintain accurate records, documenting care delivered, observations, and any concerns
- Ensure the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

- Good communication skills and a calm, person‑centred attitude
- Ability to work as part of a supportive team
- Basic IT skills for documentation
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided
- A driving licence is beneficial but not required
