Join Our Kitchen Team at ibis Styles Haydock
An exciting opportunity has opened to lead our kitchen at ibis Styles Haydock. We are seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to bring energy, creativity and consistency to our busy hotel operation.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) offering a salary of up to £32,500 per year, alongside a range of benefits.
As Kitchen Manager, you will take pride in running a well-organised, high-performing kitchen. You will lead by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting, motivating and developing your team. Delivering high-quality food consistently and maintaining a positive kitchen culture will be at the heart of your role.
You will already understand the pace and demands of a busy kitchen environment. From managing stock and maintaining cleanliness to anticipating guest needs and coordinating with the wider hotel team, you will ensure everything runs efficiently and safely. At ibis Styles, individuality is valued, and you will play a key role in nurturing a team that brings personality and confidence to their work.
We are looking for someone with at least two years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting such as a restaurant, pub or hotel. Flexibility is essential, as our operation runs seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.
