About the role
Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.
We are seeking an experienced and creative Tourism and Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our tourism, destination marketing and place‑branding activity. This is a key role in driving sustainable economic growth, increasing visitor numbers and spend, and enhancing the profile of Ceredigion as a place to visit, live, work and invest.
Working collaboratively across the Council and with regional, national and local partners, you will deliver high‑impact marketing campaigns, manage key tourism assets and oversee the delivery of strategic tourism priorities aligned to the Council’s corporate objectives.

Economy and Regeneration
