What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate service buses on scheduled routes while complying with all road traffic legislation and company procedures.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for every passenger.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting when required.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and report any defects promptly.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle throughout your shift.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and the operations team.
- Handle unexpected situations calmly while maintaining a safe and reliable service.
- Always prioritise passenger safety and comfort.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Category D (PCV) licence.
- A valid Driver CPC (DCPC)
- 25 years old ( for insurance purposes)
- A clean driving record.
- Previous bus or passenger transport experience is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, dependable, and safety-conscious approach.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to scheduled timetables.
