We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help drive the continued success of the business.
MyCash Limited is a UK Sponsor Licence holder. Subject to eligibility, skills, experience, and business requirements, visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates who require permission to work in the United Kingdom.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and promote the company's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generate new leads and support business growth activities.
- Promote company services to potential customers.
- Prepare proposals and business presentations.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Attend meetings and networking events where required.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Work with internal teams to support client requirements.
- Contribute to achieving company growth targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- English language proficiency at CEFR Level B2 or above.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

Pay: £42,000.00-£55,300.00 per year
