We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PSV Electrician to join our engineering team at our Crawley depot. You'll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems across our fleet of buses to keep vehicles safe, compliant and fully operational.
Shift pattern: Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm
Key duties:
- Carry out electrical diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on PSV vehicles
- Inspect and test vehicle electrical systems and components
- Diagnose faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
- Complete all work safely and in line with company standards
- Maintain accurate and up to date maintenance records
You will need:
- Previous experience as a PSV or HGV electrician
- Full UK manual driving licence — PCV desirable or willingness to work towards one
- NVQ Level 3 in PSV or HGV electrical systems or equivalent qualification
- Experience with large passenger or commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of PSV electrical systems and CAN bus systems preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work
Pay: £25.57 per hour
