We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our busy and supportive property team based at our Oldham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who can manage their own caseload while benefiting from the support of a dedicated conveyancing assistant. The role offers a varied mix of quality residential conveyancing work, a manageable caseload and the flexibility of hybrid working, If required.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling files from instruction through to completion and post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Unregistered title matters
- Right to Buy purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure matters progress efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of client care and compliance throughout.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in residential conveyancing and be comfortable running their own files. You may be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced conveyancing fee earner.
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and able to deliver practical, clear advice to clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively will be important.
