Blue Light Dental & Aesthetics is a private cosmetic and aesthetic dental practice based in Archway, North London. We do things differently.

The Role
This isn't a standard receptionist position. You'll run the front of house but you'll also be an active part of how BLD grows and presents itself to the world. Social media, community engagement, external business partnerships: these are part of your job, not a nice-to-have. We want someone who's excited by that, not just willing. For the right person, there's genuine scope to grow into a broader role as the practice does.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, and enquiries
- Being the first and last impression our patients have — across phone, email, and in person
- Supporting the patient journey end-to-end alongside the clinical team
- Driving social media content, local marketing, and external partnership events
- Using practice management and AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting
- Confident, warm, and professional with patients
- Comfortable with technology and genuinely open to learning AI tools
- Self-motivated, someone who takes initiative without being prompted
Preferred:
- Dental background, dental nurse or TCO experience particularly welcome
- Familiarity with Dentally or similar practice software
- Any exposure to social media, content, or marketing
What We Offer
- £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience
- Full time, Monday to Friday
