Iqra Cricklewood is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Admissions & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive student enrolments while supporting the day-to-day running of the centre.
This is a people-focused role that combines admissions, community outreach, customer service, and centre coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with parents, building relationships, promoting services within the local community, and helping families find the right educational support for their children.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the centre grow by managing enquiries, converting leads into enrolments, supporting admissions, and representing the centre within the local area.
Working Hours
Wednesday to Friday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
25 hours per week
This is an in-person role based at our Cricklewood centre. The successful candidate will be required to work during the above hours. This is not a remote or flexible-hours position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp and social media
- Build relationships with local schools, community centres, libraries and other organisations within the local community.
- Represent the centre within the local area and distribute marketing materials to increase awareness of our services.
- Help organise and support local outreach and promotional activities.
- Follow up leads and book assessments
- Support with student registrations and onboarding
- Help convert enquiries into enrolled students
- Coordinate tutors and lesson schedules
- Support the smooth running of the centre during opening hours
- Visit local schools and surrounding areas to distribute leaflets and build awareness
- Maintain records of leads, assessments and student attendance
- Help build strong relationships with parents and students

- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience in sales, education, customer service or admissions is preferred but not essential
