Warehouse Manager — Xplore Distribution Ltd
Application Deadline: 30th August 2026
At Xplore Distribution, we're the sales and distribution arm of Xplore Brands, a pan-European distributor of licensed entertainment products — toys, collectibles, tech accessories, gaming, and gifts — representing over 1,000 brands for retailers ranging from national chains to niche e-commerce. We act as a trusted partner to both retailers and brands, built on quick response times, reliable stock management, and local market expertise. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about logistics and supply chain in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, and looking to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As our Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives, setting shift rotas and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records, working closely with our sales and buying teams to keep product moving
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and manage risk assessments for warehouse activity
- Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, dispatch times, stock loss) and drive continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with couriers, freight partners, and third-party logistics providers
- Plan warehouse layout and space utilisation to support peak trading periods (e.g. toy trade shows and seasonal demand)
This role is critical to our team's success because reliable, well-managed distribution is the backbone of the retailer trust we're built on — if stock doesn't move accurately and on time, everything else we do for our retail and brand partners falls down.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, ideally within FMCG, toys, gifts, or a similar fast-paced distribution environment
- Strong people management skills, with experience leading and motivating a warehouse team
- Solid understanding of stock control, inventory systems, and health & safety compliance in a warehouse setting
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities during busy periods
- A valid forklift licence (desirable)
Application Process
To apply, please submit a CV/resume detailing your qualifications and experience. All applications should be submitted through our WorkSmarter vacancy page by 30th August 2026.
