Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Short-Term Rentals Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in property management or related fields. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple properties, optimise occupancy rates, and enhance guest satisfaction through effective management and upselling techniques. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of short-term rental properties, including booking schedules, guest communications, and property maintenance coordination
- Utilise Hostaway or similar property management software to update listings, track reservations, and generate reports
- Conduct data entry accurately to maintain up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and guest information
- Provide exceptional office support through administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Handle guest enquiries via phone with professional etiquette and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Upsell additional services or amenities to maximise revenue opportunities during guest interactions
- Coordinate with cleaning services and maintenance teams to ensure properties are prepared for incoming guests
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to optimise utilisation of rental units
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or property management is preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi or comparable property management software is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in upselling or sales is advantageous
- Administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism

Pay: £24,420.00-£46,161.91 per year
