- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and cash handling as required.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
Skills
- A strong understanding of culinary practices and food safety standards is essential.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling orders and payments accurately.
