JOB TITLE
- Cleaner / Room setter / Kitchen porter
PLACE OF WORK
- The Hen & Chicken, 210 North st, Bedminster, BS3
SHIFTS / WORKING HOURS
- 6 day week / 36 hours aprox
- Day off: Every Tuesday
- Cleaning 9-12pm Mon / Wed / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun
- Kitchen deep clean day 12-4pm every Monday
- OPTIONAL: Kitchen Porter Saturday & Sunday 12-4pm
JOB PURPOSE
- To carry out a daily clean of all public areas & toilets
- To carry out full clean of function spaces
- To set up function rooms as required
- To keep a schedule deeper cleans weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
- To sweep & clean outside areas & water plants as required
- To deep clean the kitchen on a weekly basis
- To assist with building maintenance
RESPONSIBLE TO
- Director / Duty manager / Head chef
- Responsible for the self.
MAIN DUTIES:
- To learn / understand the specific cleaning tasks required to be carried out on a daily basis
- To carry out all “weekly” cleaning tasks and log when cleaned
- To carry out all “monthly” cleaning tasks and log when cleaned
- To set up the two function rooms for events as required
- To deep clean the kitchen once a week (Monday)
- To notify the management of any janitorial stock order requirements
- To notify the management of any maintenance requirements
