We have a great opportunities to join our business as a Shop Supervisor in various stores across South Tyneside.
These permanent and flexible roles are based in
- Hedworth, Jarrow
- Prince Edward Road (The Nook), South Shields
The roles are part time working a minimum of 16 to 20 hours per week and working days will be between Monday and Sunday (inclusive). Candidates must be able to work shifts between 0700 and 1700.
To be successful in the role you must be flexible, reliable and be self-motivated. This is a Supervisory role and would suit a candidate who wants to develop their skills, including to lead and motivate a team, gain experience in stock control, champion brand standards, till management and banking.
You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career within Retail.
On successful completion of our 12-week training programme you will have developed a good understanding of our policies and procedures and be able to deliver on the high standards we expect – this is a great foundation to build on and may lead to further progression opportunities within the business.
Experience in a Food Retail environment is essential with experience working in food preparation roles desirable for the business. Applications will also be considered from those with cleaning and care experience too.
