Area: North and East London
Pay: £21 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Wet Trader to work with their client in and around North and East London. Van and fuel card provided.
Duties will include:
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Flooring repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
Requirements:
- Highly experienced in Wet Trades
- Social housing experience
- Voids experience
- Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
- Full UK Driving Licence
