PLANT CARE SPECIALIST – LONDON

We work with designers, architects, businesses and private clients to create thoughtful planting that enhances the spaces people spend time in. From premium offices and hospitality venues to large-scale installations and events, every project is individually designed and supported by expert ongoing plant care.We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Plant Care Specialist to join our growing London team.
This is a mobile role, travelling between client sites across London, where you'll independently care for a portfolio of interior planting displays while building strong relationships with our clients. You'll also have opportunities to assist with new installations and larger design projects throughout the year.
About the role
As a Plant Care Specialist you'll be responsible for maintaining interior planting displays to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring every site looks its best while providing a professional and personable service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining interior plant displays across a portfolio of commercial clients
- Watering, feeding, pruning and cleaning plants
- Monitoring plant health and identifying pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies
- Carrying out repotting, soil improvements and plant replacements where required
- Rotating plants to encourage balanced growth and presentation
- Recording site notes and making recommendations for improvements
- Building positive relationships with clients during regular maintenance visits
- Assisting with the installation of new planting schemes and larger projects when required
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous experience caring for interior plants
- Has a good knowledge of common tropical plant species and their care requirements Is organised, reliable and confident working independently
- Takes pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence Is physically fit and comfortable lifting plants, pots and using ladders
- RHS qualifications or horticultural training are desirable but not essential
