We Care 24x7 Limited is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Live-in Care Assistants to provide high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes.
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will stay with the service user and support them to maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care based on individual care plans.
- Support with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, continence care, and maintaining dignity.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe moving and handling (training provided).
- Support with medication administration or prompting as per care plan and company policy.
- Prepare meals, drinks, and support nutritional needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily routines, hobbies, and social activities.
- Carry out light household duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the service user’s health, wellbeing, or concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily records and follow company policies and procedures.
- Work professionally with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team.
Requirements
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
- Caring, patient, respectful, and reliable attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a person’s home.
- Understanding of confidentiality, dignity, and safeguarding.
- Willingness to complete required training.
- Right to work in the UK.

- Moving & handling
- Medication support
- Care Certificate or Health & Social Care qualification (preferred but not essential).
