Premier Travel Logistics Ltd is a UK-based vehicle movement and transport logistics company, working with a growing network of automotive dealerships across the country. We coordinate the daily movement of vehicles on behalf of our clients, managing everything from job booking through to driver assignment and collection confirmation.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administration background who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our vehicle movement and transport activities – ensuring accurate data management, smooth communication with our dealership network, and reliable operational processes across the business.
Duties
- Managing inbound booking requests from dealership clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Accurate data entry and real-time maintenance of our operations system.
- Making outbound calls to dealership contacts to confirm vehicle availability, collection location, and earliest pickup windows
- Processing and maintaining booking records, job documentation, and operational reports
- Managing email correspondence, telephone enquiries, and general office administration
- Preparing reports and operational documentation as required
- Ensuring all records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
- Mon - Fri 9 to 5 with a Saturday check-in: logging any weekend bookings into the system before Sunday 12pm (remote, no calls required – typically under one hour)
- Assisting management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience is not required – logistics, transport, or automotive experience is a bonus but not essential. Training will be provided.
- A confident, clear, and professional telephone manner – you’ll be speaking with dealership contacts daily
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Comfortable working with digital tools and picking up new software quickly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure – this is a busy role with significant daily volume
- Reliable and able to commit to the Saturday check-in as part of your routine
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
Pay: £26,500.00 per year
