Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all front of house are completing their jobs efficiently and in a suitable time frame.
- Monitor customer service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience
- Making reservations
- Stock takes and putting deliveries away
- Ensure the flow of service is maintain to the level of standard throughout
Experience:
- Previous experience in this role is preferred but not required as training will be provided for you, to ensure you are fit for the role. This will be done over a trial period.
- Experience in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Good communication
- Hard working and eager to learn
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
