Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Source Heat Pump Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air source heat pump systems in residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Install air source heat pump systems according to technical schematics and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and connected.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on installed units to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose issues related to system operation, performing necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components such as compressors, fans, or electrical parts.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute installation and repair procedures.
- Lead on-site activities, supervising junior team members or apprentices during installation projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of installations and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports, repair logs, and system configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in ASHP systems or similar equipment repair.
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to air source heat pump systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide team members effectively during installation projects.
- Prior experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or construction related to ASHP or refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their operational principles is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow safety protocols diligently.
- Relevant certifications in ASHP installation are mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary qualifications is expected. Qualifications in electrical work highly advantageous.

Pay: £60,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
