The Italian Bakery in Wareham is looking for a Front Counter Assistant to work evenings and weekends for our Street Pizza Brand. We are looking for an individual to have a passion for food and working with people. We are a well-known, busy bakery, pizza delivery and take away and coffee shop.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Full time role: 6/7 hours per day for 5 evenings (including weekends) up to 35 hours per week.
Part time role: 6/7 hours per day for 2-3 evenings (including weekends) approx 10-15 hours per week.
- Approx 4pm to 9/10pm shifts
- Full or part time
- Over 18 years old (due to sale of alcohol)
- You will take orders over the phone, face to face and via our app.
- Scheduling deliveries of takeaway Pizza to our customers, communicating to them with deliveries times.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service experience is desirable
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all our customers
- Passionate about food and confident in dealing with the public
- Working with experienced team members who will train you to a high standard comply with Health & Safety and hygiene guidelines including Allergens.
