Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with precision and care
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
- Manage daily operations including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Assist in training new team members on food preparation, serving techniques, and safety procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for every guest
- Support the management team in scheduling staff shifts and managing time effectively during busy periods
Experience
- Previous barista experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in coffee preparation and customer service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
