Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling products or additional services to enhance their experience
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols during all treatments and interactions
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beautician.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and foster teamwork within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Experience in upselling products or services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Prior front desk or reception experience is beneficial but not mandatory
