This role encompasses trading follow-up documentary procedures and general administrative support between London Process Centre Ltd and our main customer.
Key Responsibilities:
You are required to undertake the duties as set out below in your job description below, and you may be required from time to time to undertake such other duties as the organization may reasonable require.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
· Processing and SAP Entry for Non-Trade and Payment Workflows
· Expense Processing in Concur and relating systems
· Maintain, create and Update user details within internal systems
· Process the workload for multiple offices complying with specific office regulations and policies
· Assisting with the maintenance of operating procedures
· Good Communication with senior team members and management
· Take part in additional training and assist with developments within the department
· Ensure knowledge is maintained and developed
· Maintain positive working relationships with Mitsui Users and LPC colleagues
· Storage and maintenance of auditing documentation in accordance with Data Protection Regulations.
The role holder will be capable and willing in:
· Communicating effectively to their Line Manager, colleagues in their own department and other external departments in the wider company.
· Managing their own personal workload adhering to LPC's Service Level Agreement.
· Maintaining a composed and controlled attitude whilst working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Following instructions and adhering to rules/procedures set by Mitsui, LPC other third-party authorities.
· Working towards development goals and/or training deadlines that have been set by supervisors/managers.
· Approaching tasks in a proactive, positive and considerate manner
· Use of initiative to find and offer solutions to own work.

Skills & Experience:
- GCSE Maths and English, pass or higher
· Eye for detail essential for high numeracy and accuracy
· Effective problem-solving skills to assess problems, ask questions, brainstorm for options and search for solutions

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
