Mckenziewood are a professional reactive maintenance and refurbishment company working on high-end properties. We are based in Clapham and work in Central and South West London and have been trading for over 20 years, lots of our staff have been with us for over 10 or in some cases 15 years. The role advertised is on a UTR Basis however we can offer PAYE and Holidays if needed after a 12 week period.
What we can offer:
- Day by day job, Monday to Friday 8 - 4:30.
- Saturdays are available every week too however not compulsory
- Weekly pay paid every Friday a week in hand
- Start on Sub-Contract with option for PAYE and paid 28 days holiday after short trial period

What skills you will need:
- Small leak repairs to sink and bath wastes
- Tap/Shower replacements and repairs
- Radiator valve replacements
- New Bathroom and Kitchen Installation plumbing
- Silicone sealing
- Any general maintenance or building experience
Before applying:
- Must have a full UK driving license
- Must speak English (writing and reading is very welcome)
- Must have CIS, UTR, and NIN number
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be able to provide references
Pay: £170.00-£200.00 per day
