We’re Water Babies. The world’s biggest (and most fun!) baby swim school, and we’re on the lookout for energetic, caring people to join our teaching team in London South East.
Our lessons aren’t just about swimming; they’re about building confidence, bonding with families, and celebrating those magical first moments in the water. From babies very first splashes, to toddlers swimming their first strokes, you’ll be part of a joyful journey every week, and you’ll never be short of smiles, giggles, or high-fives.
No teaching experience? No problem!
We’ll train you up with our top-notch programme, including a fun 5-day residential course, mentoring, and loads of support. What we need is you – your warmth, energy, and a big love for working with babies and toddlers.
When?
We have a range of weekday hours available including - Tuesday 09:30 - 12:30pm (Elephant & Castle) Friday 10-1pm (Elephant & Castle) Sunday 08:30-4:30pm (Peckham) Tuesday 4-6pm (Sidcup) Thursday 4-6pm (Sidcup)
*** The role is physical, hands-on, and genuinely rewarding.
