Due to fast expansion we are seeking an Experienced Sales Advisor to work within our in house Sales and Support Teams.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to become part of a fast-growing business with genuine career progression opportunities.
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing strong relationships and proactively convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following up qualified enquiries
- Advising customers on conservatories and solid roof solutions
- Managing customers through the sales process
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with the operations and quotations team
Essential Skills and experience
- Proven experience as an Internal Sales or Sales Executive
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a friendly, honest and motivated Senior Sales Advisor who is reliable, an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to multi-task.
Requirements:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales
- Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
