Quality Control Operative
Location: Battlefield Shrewsbury
Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00am-15:30pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This role involves inspecting finished windows to ensure they meet company quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality checks on completed products
- Inspecting products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Ensuring products meet required specifications and standards
- Reporting faults or quality issues to supervisors
- Completing quality check documentation where required
- Supporting the production team to maintain high standards
Requirements
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes and inspection guidelines
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Forklift license – not essential
