Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and courteous Spa Reservationist to join our luxury spas covering three of our properties in the Cheshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reservation enquiries, providing exceptional guest services, and ensuring smooth operational flow. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a serene environment, supporting guests in planning their spa experiences with efficiency and warmth. Strong hospitality or previous experience working within a spa are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction.
Duties
- Answering phone calls with exemplary phone etiquette, promptly and professionally managing reservation requests.
- Assisting guests with booking, modifying, or cancelling appointments via phone or online systems.
- Providing detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and available services to guests.
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and updating guest profiles efficiently.
- Coordinating with spa staff to ensure availability aligns with guest bookings.
- Handling guest enquiries courteously and resolving any issues or special requests with tact and professionalism.
- Supporting the front desk team in delivering a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Promoting additional services or products offered by the spa to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services within hospitality, hotel, or spa environments is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Previous experience with reservation management systems is beneficial but not essential.
