Due to further expansion and additional vehicles required for one of our major contracts, Vigor Logistics Ltd are looking for a Class 1 Night Trunk Driver to work Monday to Friday running to our national pallet network hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle professionally and safely at all times
- Complete planned runs efficiently within specified time frames
- Adhere to all road transport regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Work on a long term contract
- Secure all loads as per DVSA guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 HGV entitlement
- No more than 6 penalty points
- CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
- At least 2 years experience as a Class 1 driver, preferably with night trunk experience driving double decker trailers.
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
